Exterior painting/staining includes:
-We will thoroughly prepare all surfaces correctly to accept the staining and painting applications Includes scraping, prepping bare wood, and power cleaning with the proper brightening and cleaning bio-friendly chemicals as needed.
-We will secure loose nails/boards, caulk problem cracks, tape off windows, cover, and protect all plants,valuables and any other surfaces not being stained or painted.
-We will use only the proper tools, complete and proper coverage (with back–brushing to wood grain), and use only top-grade products applying to all surfaces as specified below.
-We will maintain an orderly environment, complete the job within a timely fashion, and insure all clean-up is thorough.
